As a lot of you know my son has chosen a future in the United States Air Force. He left home last Monday and it has been exceptionally hard. I've had an outpouring of support from family, friends and a few 'new friends'! So, this is where I say, THANK YOU!!!!

ReplyDeleteOh, and I have an Airman (daughter) who graduated BMT on Nov. 1, 2013, Tech School on Dec. 17, 2013 and is now at her first duty station which just happens to be Wright-Patterson AFB in Ohio -- about 3 1/2 hours from home! She's not happy about being "stuck in Ohio" as she calls it, but her momma sure is :)
I'm so happy you like it, feel free to share... it's just my way of helping others smile. With my son being gone this really has helped me on a daily basis. I don't write in it everyday, however, I do refer back to it just to gain a little perspective. I'm so glad your daughter is "stuck in Ohio" near you! lol That's awesome!!! Please thank her for doing what she does! It's greatly appreciated! AF#1! :))
